We’re pleased to be able to make available the leadsheets from our recording, Time Squared. If you purchased the Mint Jam Songbook, you’ll find the format familiar. We’ve tried to notate all the essential elements you’ll need to play these tunes without over- whelming you with too much detail.

Most songs are presented in leadsheet form consisting of the concert melody line along with chord symbols. In almost all cases we’ve also included a sample bass line and spe- cific chord voicings. Where it seemed essential, we have presented the music in more score-like form including Bb transpositions on Monk’s Habit and Claire@18. Unfortunately time and space did not allow us to render all songs in score form with detailed transposed parts. We hope though that this book will inspire you to further explore the music and give you a greater insight into the recording.
